we need to store and process your information if you place an order or booking with us, to allow us to provide our service. This may include your contact name and details. We also need to store your details for insurance and tax’s reasons. We only store process data that you have given directly  to us so we can process and fulfill your order or booking.

In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosures, we have put in place physical, electronic and managerial provisions to safe guard and secure any information we collect online with GDPR. We may need to keep personal information for tax and insurance reasons for 6 years but after this date all personal data will be destroyed.

You have the right to request details   any data that we store about you. On request to forms of ID will be needed. We can send a copy of all your data to you by post.
